|Ronald E. Brusky, 67, DePere, formerly of Stangelville, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 1, 2014 at a Milwaukee hospital. He was born in the Town of Carlton on Nov. 22, 1946 to the late Daniel and Ruth (Martin) Brusky. Ronald graduated from Kewaunee High School in 1965 and served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1969. He was honorably discharged. Ronald married Peggy (Kruse) Fett on Oct. 4, 1969 at St. Hedwigs Parish in East Krok. He was a member of the American Legion Carlton Post #538 and worked as a mason for R.J. Jacques, Inc. for over 20 years until retiring in 2012.
Survivors include one son, Timothy (Kimberly) Brusky, Batavia, IL; two daughters, Tina (Daniel) Murrill, Unionville, TN; Dawn (Chad) Ness, Seymour, WI; and their mom, Peggy Fett; ten grandchildren, Aubrey Brusky, Isabel Brusky, Imon (Brandon) Alexson, Haylie Murrill, Daniel Murrill, Josiah Murrill, Luke Murrill, Abigail Murrill, Payton Ness and Mason Ness; one great granddaughter, Ivy Murrill; four brothers, Daniel (Shirley) Brusky, Kewaunee; Robert (Mary) Brusky, Lakewood; Donald (Cathy) Brusky, Denmark; Virgil Brusky, Green Bay; sister, Sharon (Daniel) Schweiner, Denmark. Further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; sister-in-law, Shirley Brusky and two infant grandsons, Bradin Ness and Levi Murrill.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, Feb. 8, from 9 until 11 am. Memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation, East-Town Location, 2379 E.
